Inglewood Club Professionals

Inglewood has had a small number of Club Pros over the years . Several of them were quite good players and famous.  Al Espinosa was Runner-Up to Bobby Jones in the 1929 U.S. Open and "Porky Oliver" was "Runner- UP Ben Hogan in the U.S. Open and the Masters.  In Addition, Walter Pursey is in the NW PGA "Hall of Fame" and our current Pro, Mike Gove, was a Collegiate "All American" and played on the tour for a number of years.  (Pros Photos)

The first Pro Shop was located in the current men's lounge. Walter Pursey had made clubs there.

The second shop was built in 1961 (before the World's Fair). The current shop was finished in June of 2007.
