THE COURSE AT INGLEWOOD GOLF CLUB 

Inglewood Golf Club is a rare gem among golf courses. It combines a spectacular setting, illustrious heritage and challenging play to create the ultimate golfer’s paradise. It has been the site many prestigious events, including:

Seattle Open - 1936     
 PGA Seattle Open - 1963/65
 LPGA Valhalla Open - 1964
Washington/NW Open (6 times)
Washington State Best-Ball (many years)
Senior Tour GTE Northwest Classic - 1987 - 1995 
USGA Open qualifying (Local and Regional)
Fred Couples Invitational - 1996/97
WSGA Men’s & Women's Amateur Championship (5 times)
Pacific Northwest Golf Association Amateur - 1929, 1955, 1999
(including 100th Year Anniversary)


Inglewood was designed by noted British Columbia course architect, A.V. Macan. A top amateur golfer in the Pacific Northwest and Canada (1913 Washington State Amateur and Pacific Northwest Amateur Champion),  Macan became one the most prominent golf architects in not only the Northwest but the country. He designed over 31 courses including: 

The Golf Club of San Francisco, San Francisco, California
Royal Colwood Golf & Country Club, Victoria, B.C.
Broadmoor Golf Club, Seattle, Washington
Columbia-Edgewater Country Club, Portland, Oregon
