The mission of Inglewood Golf Club is to reinforce and enhance its position as a premier private golf club by providing an exceptional, welcoming, golf and social experience for members and their guests.
The intent was to make the Club a test for championship play second to none in the Pacific Northwest. With this in mind, Mr. A. Vernon Macan of Vancouver, B.C. was called in to design the course along with Mr. Robert Johnstone of Seattle who also contributed to Seattle Golf Club’s design. A few years later, Mr. Macan was made an honorary member of Inglewood. A.W. Tillinghast made a series of change recommendations in 1935 just before the Seattle Open
